About Us
Dedicated to transforming Adelaide backyards into beautiful, functional living spaces.
Precision Pergolas and Decks
We're an Adelaide outdoor construction business based in Brooklyn Park. We design and build pergolas, verandahs, decks, carports, patios and alfresco extensions, and we plan every one of them around the South Australian climate: long, hot summers, winter rain, salt air on the coast and cooler conditions in the Hills.
Our philosophy is simple: do it once, do it right. We use quality materials, pay close attention to detail, and manage the whole process from the initial design and council approval through to construction and the final clean-up.
Our commitment to you
- Clear, itemised quotes with no hidden costs

Build and clean-up
We build to the agreed plan and schedule, keep you updated along the way, and leave the site clean when we finish.
Built for Adelaide homes
Adelaide asks a lot of an outdoor structure. Summers are long, hot and dry, coastal suburbs such as Glenelg, Henley Beach and Semaphore deal with salt air and wind, and homes in the Adelaide Hills see cooler, wetter winters. We plan every pergola, deck, verandah and carport around where it's going: the orientation of your block, how much shade and airflow you need, and which materials will hold up best in your conditions.
That's why we offer a range of options rather than a one-size-fits-all kit: timber and steel pergolas, hardwood and composite decking, flat and pitched verandah roofs, insulated panels, and single, double or custom-sized carports. We design each structure to suit your home's architecture and tie in with your existing roofline, so the finished result looks like it has always been part of the house.
What we build
Most of our work falls into four groups, and many projects combine two or more of them:
- Pergolas in timber or steel, with open rafters, flat roofs or gable roofs, and Colorbond or insulated roof panels where you want full cover.
- Decks in hardwood timber or composite boards, from simple low decks to multi-level decks and pool surrounds.
- Verandahs, patios and alfresco extensions, attached to the house or freestanding, with flat or pitched roofs.
- Carports: single, double or custom sizes, with flat or gable roofs designed to suit the front of the home.
We don't do outdoor kitchens, landscaping, pool building or electrical work ourselves. Where a project needs lighting or power, it's installed by a licensed electrician, and we plan for it during design so cabling can be run neatly through the structure.
How we think about design
A good outdoor structure starts with how you'll use it. Before we talk materials, we ask where the sun sits in the afternoon, which rooms open onto the space, where the rain needs to go, and whether you want an open, airy pergola or a roof that keeps the weather out completely. In Adelaide, a west-facing yard and a south-facing yard need quite different answers.
We also look closely at the house itself: the height and pitch of the existing roof, the fascia and gutters, the floor levels at the back door and the fall of the block. Getting those details right is what makes a new verandah or pergola look as though it was always part of the home rather than added on later.
Quotes and approvals, explained plainly
Every project is different, so we don't publish set prices. After an on-site measure you receive a written, itemised quote that shows what's included: the structure, roofing, footings, finishes, any removal of an old structure, and any extras such as lighting provision or gutters and downpipes. If something on the quote isn't clear, ask us and we'll walk you through it.
Some outdoor structures are exempt from development approval in South Australia and others need planning or building consent, depending on things like size, height, roof type and where the structure sits on your block. We help you work out what applies and help with the approval process where it's needed. Our guides to council approval for pergolas and approval for carports and verandahs explain the basics.
